Our main emphasis here includes creating a living, sustainable,
self-sufficient homestead, and sharing it with guests like you!
We maintain a large organic garden, farm animals, most of the buildings are built with local wood milled on site. Harvesting the local wild lands for berries, meat and fish are happening each season. We are currently building a wind and solar energy system for our electrical needs.

Extras and Denali Cabin Rental Program
For our cabin guests arriving on the Alaska Railroad in Denali Park, we will pick you up, drop you off, and lease you a vehicle for the time you are staying here. You must have proof of rental car endorsement on your auto insurance.
- Compact "local pavement only" vehicle - $85 per day
While staying with us, you have full access to our wonderful trail system, boats on the lake, bicycles, docks (all at your own risk) and can lease ATV's and river boats for half days and full days. (more info)
Notice: When leasing, renting, or using any of our equipment, livestock, or buildings, you are responsible and are legally liable to return it in as good a shape as when you got it. Also you are responsible for the SAFE operation and are liable for any damages or injuries caused by that equipment during your use.
RV and Camping Sites - near Denali Park
We have 12 to 16 RV and a lot of nice camping sites available on the north side of the lakes. We are a short drive south of Denali National Park.
Great views, off the beaten path. No facilities, $15 per night.
Most folks camp here so they can enjoy fishing Chavey Lakes, we call it Alaska's Fishing Special - Camp or RV here in a quiet beautiful place for $10 per night and enjoy fishing Chavey Lakes for $55.00 per person per day/24 hours.
General Rental Policies
Tonight Special - Rooms & cabins not pre-booked are discounted on that morning during slow season.
Discounts for extended stay, Alaskan, Military, seniors, families and returning guests on all cabins during slow seasons.

To reserve: 50% of full stay/ remainder upon arrival
Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to stay is fully refunded minus a small booking fee. - within 14 days no refunds.
